Domestic Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.99 for all orders within the United States via USPS.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday). During peak season, processing may take up to 7 business days. Each product is made to order and personally inspected before shipping.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-8 business days depending on your location within the US.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within the expected timeframe.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@bornofwild.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
