How long until my order ships?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Each product is made to order, so during busy periods (hunting season), processing may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within the expected timeframe.

What if my gear is lost or damaged in transit?

What materials are your products made from?

All Born Of Wild products are made from Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol, a high-performance engineering plastic known for durability, impact resistance, and weather stability. This polymer handles temperature swings, UV exposure, and field conditions better than standard plastics.

Are your products weather-resistant?

Yes, these polymers are weather-resistant and suitable for outdoor use in rain, snow, heat, and cold. Proper care (rinse off and store dry when possible) will extend product life.

What colors are available?

Most products are available in black and gray. Some items come in olive green and tan. Color options are shown on each product page.

Can I request custom sizes or modifications?

Currently we don't offer custom modifications, but we are always listening to feedback. If you have a specific need, reach out - future products are often inspired by customer input.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original condition. Customer pays return shipping unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

How do I initiate a return?

Email support@bornofwild.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and address.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes - if you have an issue with your order, contact us and we'll work it out.

What if my product arrives defective?

Manufacturing defects are rare, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost, including return shipping.

How do I clean my gear?

Rinse with water and mild soap if needed. these polymers are easy to clean - mud, blood, and debris wash off readily. Air dry before storing.

How should I store my gear?

Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid leaving gear in direct sunlight for extended periods when not needed (though it handles UV well during use).

What if something breaks?

Contact us. We stand behind our products. If something fails due to manufacturing defect or material flaw, we'll make it right.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Born Of Wild products are warranted against manufacturing defects for one year from purchase date. This covers material flaws and workmanship issues, not normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.

What's not covered?

Normal wear from field use, damage from accidents or misuse, modifications, or failure to follow product guidelines.

How do I make a warranty claim?
