Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original condition with all packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@bornofwild.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
We'll provide return instructions and our return address.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Exchanges
If you have an issue with your order, contact us at support@bornofwild.com and we'll work with you to make it right.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at support@bornofwild.com with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping for the defective item.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
